The development of legal science in Ukraine is connected with the processes of reform of society oriented to European values and standards of human rights. The most important among them are life and human health, which are related to the realization of patients' rights in the health sector. In this context, the purpose of the article was to analyze the status and prospects of the legal regulation of the institution of patient advance directives, in terms of the methods of medical intervention for the future. The research methods used were: systems analysis, comparative and legal analysis, formal and logical method, prognosis. In the conclusions, the authors have offered civil means, which should create new opportunities for the exercise of subjective rights of patients during the provision of medical care. Finally, suggestions have been made for draft normative acts on improvement of legal regulation of the health care sector of Ukraine in accordance with European legal norms.

The purpose of the article was to highlight the essence and specific features of the transformation of the Ukrainian state policy in the health sector during the development of martial law. The methodological basis of this research grouped a set of general and special scientific methods of scientific cognition (deductive, comparative and legal, comparative, systems analysis method, formal and logical method, etc.). Everything indicates that, the destabilizing factors affecting the state policy include the reaction to the armed aggression of another state and the subsequent introduction of martial law. The authors have emphasized the regulatory legal acts of the national legislation of Ukraine, which establish the principles for the formation and implementation of state policy in the health sector. Specific features of the transformation of state policy in the health sector during martial law have been identified and revealed. It has been concluded that the state policy in the health sector is characterized by a dual nature, which consists in its stability, on the one hand, and at the same time, wide adaptability to changes and needs caused by martial law.

The purpose of the article is to identify the legal instruments that can be used to solve the socio-economic problems of post-conflict Ukraine based on the analysis of international experience. The research methods used were: analysis, synthesis, systematic interpretation, comparison, generalization and prognosis, etc. The socio-economic situation in the Buchanskyi district of the Kiev region of Ukraine after the occupation and military actions is considered. Socio-economic problems associated with the occupation and military actions are justified: destroyed housing, transport infrastructure, social infrastructure, industrial facilities and municipal facilities; low level of socio-economic development of the region; outflow of working population, including qualified specialists; lack of workplaces. It is concluded that, to solve the socio-economic problems of post-conflict Ukraine, such legal instruments can be used as: imposition of special economic zones, granting the status of "recovery territory", creation of innovation parks, simplification of permit procedures for the acquisition of land rights and for the start of reconstruction. Finally, the legal norms that are premises for the use of the above-mentioned legal instruments and revealing the directions of their improvement are investigated.
